I'm a U.S. resident.  Which items are subject to tariffs?

Every diamond painting on my website is subject to tariffs at checkout.  Beast Size collection items are excluded.

Are your diamond paintings legally licensed?

Yes, they are!

 

Are your diamond paintings hand charted?

Yes, they are!

 

Are your diamond paintings ready to ship?

Yes, they are!  Unless you've made a pre-order, and that takes 5-7 weeks to arrive.

 

I bought a few kits in one order and one of them is a pre-order.  When will my order ship?

Your order will ship when all your items are in stock.

 

What kind of material is your canvas  and drills made from?

All canvases are made up of cotton material (with scalloped edges) and poured glue.  Our drills are made out of resin.

    

Your diamond paintings are pricier than the competition.

We’re actually not!  When it comes to diamond painting, many customers often find themselves purchasing kits from one company and buying enhancement "diamonds" from another. However, this practice can drive up the cost for a single canvas. At Diamondkissxo, the canvases are 50-100% enhancement diamonds so there would be no need to go anywhere else.
